You will not be able to use all the features of your account until you send your first shipment with us. In order to ship with FGI Couriers using instant booking option, you will need a valid credit or debit card, registered to your home address.
Here is how the discount system works:
Unverified: Once you register and your account is activated, you'll get an unverified membership status with 0% discount until you make your first order.
Basic: At this stage haven made first order or spent over £50, you will get 2.5% discount on your orders. To maintain this level and continue to enjoy 2.5% discount on your orders, you must continue to make 1-2 shipment or spend a business value between £50.00 to £299.99 every month
Bronze: On this stage you are required to make 3 -5 shipments or a monthly business value of £300.00 to £499.99 . In return you'll get 5% discount on all your orders
Silver: To attain this level, you are require to make 6 - 9 shipments or a monthly business value of £500.00 and £799.99. In return for a 7.50% discount on your orders
Gold: To qualify for this level you'll be required to make between 10 - 15 shipments or a business value of £800.00 to £999.99. In return you will receive a whooping 10% discounts on their orders.
Platinum: To achieve this level, you will need to make 16 and above monthly shipments or a business value of £1000.00 or over. And in return, you'll receive a massive discount of 15% on your orders.
